'CATS GO BOOM: Nitro's Boom McKinney, although he has
rushed for close to 200 yards, has played in only 1|5 games for the
Wildcats (2-2). The tailback rushed for 108 yards in a
season-opening victory over Winfield but played only a half the
following week against Hurricane.
Nitro head coach Greg Cyrus said McKinney has been bothered by a.
sore back. He's questionable for tonight's 7:30 home contest against
South Charleston (3-1).
"If we could get Boom back that would really help our
offense,' Cyrus said.
