MSAC Commissioner Greg Cyrus concluded his seven-season
coaching career at Nitro with a 26-44 mark and no winning seasons. This
year's Wildcats went 4-6, but ended with an upset of double-A power
Poca. Freshman QB J.R. House threw for 2,015 yards,
most likely a school
record, while receiver Jason Redman piled up 934 yards in receptions.
