Nitro can ease more than a decade of frustration tonight when it
visits Crawford Field for a date against St. Albans.

The last time the Wildcats slayed the Red Dragons, their cross-river
rivals, was 1984. In the 12 meetings since, Nitro has come within a
pair of touchdowns only three times - including last year's 24-12
loss.

The Dragons used defense to record last year's victory, holding
Kennedy Award-winning quarterback J.R. House to a career-low 113 yards
passing and forcing three Nitro turnovers.

St. Albans owns a whopping 42-15-2 edge in its all-time series against
the Wildcats.
