Nitro lineman signs with West Virginia State

Nitro High School senior lineman Jared Bailey has signed a letter-of-intent to play football at West Virginia State.

The 6-foot-1, 270-pound Bailey was a two-year starter at tackle for the Wildcats. Bailey moved to Kanawha County from Nashville, Tenn., two years ago.
